Congratulations for Dr Shirie Ho of School of Transdisciplinary Studies Being Recognised in AI-Driven Banking Research

We are delighted to share that Dr Shirie Ho from the newly established School of Transdisciplinary Studies for being recognised as one of the top ten authors in the field of AI-driven value co-creation in banking. According to a recent pioneering bibliometric analysis and systematic literature review[1], Dr Ho ranks second in citations among leading researchers in this area, with her paper, The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Consumers' Brand Preference for Retails Banks in Hong Kong, being listed among the top 20 most influential articles in the field.

Dr Ho's research focuses on how artificial intelligence can enhance collaboration between banks and customers to deliver mutual value. Her findings offer practical insights into how AI can improve customer experiences and build stronger connections between banks and their clients. It is a meaningful contribution to the evolving world of financial technology, and we are thrilled to see her effort being recognised internationally.
